There might be times in our lives when we cannot find motivation to get out of bed in the morning or find confidence to stand up to a bully at work. We might find ourselves at the crossroads and unable to make decisions. We might feel inadequate, lonely, even though our social media says otherwise. You might think that counselling and psychotherapy is for people who suffer from serious mental ill – health, but that persistent lingering feeling of anxiety stuck at the bottom of your stomach greets you the first thing in the morning and refuses to go away even though you tried that new meditation app and do yoga on a regular basis.

Research shows how much our emotional and mental well – being impacts our physical health. Feeling good in the world is not a luxury, it is our right.
